  • Our service charges are 8.33 % of the gross Annual Emoluments payable after 15 days from the date of joining of the candidate or shall be settled maximum within 30 days of joining (Gross Annual Emoluments would mean the total cost to the company in terms of the salary and perks irrespective of the mode of payments).
  • Service Tax will be applicable as per existing norms.
  • Go Forword will start work on the client requirements only once the Agreement is signed and once we have the job description in written from the company's end.
  • Go Forword agrees that it will not hire or solicit for employment any employees from your organization during the term of this Agreement.
  • Intimate Go Forword within 3 days of receiving the bio-data of a potential candidate if the client is already in possession of or has already considered the bio-data of the said candidate.
  • Go Forword would expect the Client company to revert back with the feedback on CV's within 48 hours so that we can perform and give results as per the client requirement.
  • All CVs sent to you remain the property of Go Forword for a period of 1 Year from the date sent. In case, for any reason, a candidate is rejected for the referred position, but is selected for another position during those six months, full Professional Fees shall be payable to Go Forword.
  • Replacement: We offer a guarantee period of 90 days from the date of joining for each of our candidate selected by our clients. Only in case of resignation of the selected candidate, within the guarantee period, we shall provide appropriate replacement free of cost, provided written information is received on client's letterhead, within 90 days from the candidate's date of joining.
  • On the final selection a copy of Appointment/Offer letter indicating gross emoluments offered is required to be forwarded to us for our office records, within a week of candidate joining duty.
  • Tenure: The tenure of the agreement will be 1 (one) year and for 1 year client will give all the permanent vacancies to Go Forword.
  • Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement by giving 60 days written notice or Go Forword may terminate this agreement.
  • Confidentiality and Non Conflict of Interest: Go Forword shall maintain as secret and confidential all confidential information and data provided by client or acquired in the course of the performance of this Agreement or as a result of Go Forword association with client
